The Premiership season is underway and, again, it is hard to see any other clubs breaking the dominance of the big four clubs, with Manchester United and Chelsea leading the betting. Newcomers Hull, Stoke and West Brom are tipped to go straight back down, whereas Spurs are the bookies' tip to finish fifth. Can anyone break up the predictable top four?
